* Limited to 55 teams (This is a change) - Due to conditions we are now limited to 55 full teams. First 55 teams will be accepted. N0 FAVORS!

* Entries are limited to Category 1 and Category 2 Schools per the VHSL approved list (due to NFHS restrictions).

$320.00 per school - $225.00 per team, $40.00 for individuals

Lost Chip - $25.00 this means if not turned the day of the meet This is an entry fee and not a participation fee. NO REFUNDS if the meet is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We will chip time all races. One chip (right shoe). Chip will also decide the places. Signature required by COACH at packet pickup to accept the understanding of these conditions.

Entries: All meet entries must be done on: www.milestat.com Entries will be closed on the Monday evening prior to the meet. DO NOT t enter a runner that cannot finish in the appropriate time. Check the schedule below.

Place: Great Meadow, The Plains, VA Hill Course for both meets

Directions: From East or West Take I66 to Exit 31 (Route 245 2 miles)From South Take US 17 or 29 to Warrenton Take 17 Bypass approximately 8 miles

Parking: GATE 2 FOR ALL PARKING (Gate will be clearly marked) - This is not the Main Gate

Bus Parking may be off site if it rains (see updates on milestat) 

Parking: $10.00 per vehicle

Format: Varsity Races 10 in the Varsity A race - Junior Varsity Races (Juniors & Seniors) - 15 max -Junior Varsity Lower Classmen (Freshman & Sophomores) 15 max  - DO NOt enter Junior or Senors in this race

TIME SCHEDULE: 10/1/22 Awards given out after every race

Individual Medals to the top 25 per Race - No Team Trophy - increased individual awards

9:30am Varsity A Boys

10:00am JV FR & SO Girls

10:35am JV FR & SO Boys

11:10am JV JR & SR Girls

11:45am JV JR & SR Boys

Sanctioning: Virginia, Bordering States, Will add if necessary
